At Arrowhead, the music kicked off at 4:45 pm. We were fortunate with the weather - it could have been scorching hot all week, but instead, we had very comfortable temperatures. A brief rain shower for a few minutes did not pose any problems. The first act was Parker McCollum, who I had never heard of before, but I left impressed and will seek out their music. They put on a good show with talented musicians. Little Big Town followed as the second act. It was mostly a "best hits" performance with a few new songs sprinkled in. The main four members of the group seemed somewhat disengaged, except for the male singer on the left. My wife was annoyed by the movements of the blonde female singer, but it didn't bother me. The standout performers were the two guys at the back playing lead guitar and keys/guitar - they were phenomenal musicians. Their contributions were exceptional, and I would love to hear more from them. Chris Stapleton was the third act, and he delivered a breathtaking performance. His transitions between singing, playing, and taking the lead guitar parts were seamless. His songwriting skills shine through his meaningful lyrics and music. The focus of the show was rightfully on Chris, with the other band members providing solid support. LeAnn Rimes closed the show, starting around 9:30 pm and performing for nearly two hours. She demonstrated professionalism and engaged with the audience using multiple microphones placed strategically on the stage. The inclusion of local references and honoring a veteran added a personal touch to the show. Despite some seating issues, the concert experience was memorable, offering a mini music festival with four distinct performances.
